- What use of your proxies is prohibited?

- Yes, if it is legal and complies with target sites' rules and our Acceptable Use Policy. Spam, phishing, attacks and hacking are prohibited.
- Do you provide an API for automation?
- Yes, we have a full-featured API for developers. You can automate purchasing, renewal, and getting proxy lists in the format you need. Documentation is available in your dashboard.
- What if the proxies don't work for me?
- We have a Refund Policy. Under it we review requests and may issue a refund or credit — see the Refund Policy page for terms.
- How quickly do you grant access?
- Usually right after payment or request confirmation. In some cases availability for a specific geo may need to be confirmed.
- What protocols do your proxies support?
- All proxy types support HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 protocols. You can authenticate using username/password or IP whitelist. Up to 2,000 simultaneous connections are available.
- Do you offer a free trial?
- If you have objective reasons for testing and have not previously used our services, a trial may be available — contact support. You can also start with a small purchase to test the service. If the proxies do not meet your needs, refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
- Can I target a specific city or region?
